The primary purpose of the Chic Frames e-commerce Website https://chicframestt.com is to transact products and or services, and accept payments by the following methods, but not limited to, and subject to change at any time, without prior or advance notice:
- Credit Card
- Visa Debit Card
- Bank transfer / Deposits

Credit Card PaymentÂ
In Trinidad and Tobago, all credit card use will continue to be governed by the fees and functionalities issued by your financial institutions. Other than the express costs stated at checkout, unless otherwise expressly advised, Chic Frames does not take or receive any other additional fees for credit card payment processing which may be covered under the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago, Banks’ Credit Card Fees or through our *Third Party Payment Processor.
Visa Debit Card PaymentsÂ
Under the rules governing the launch of Visa debit card by each Financial institution in Trinidad and Tobago, all Visa debit cards will continue to be governed by the fees and functionalities issued by your Financial institutions. Other than the express cost stated at checkout, unless otherwise expressly advised, Chic Frames does not take any additional fees for credit card payments processing which may be covered under the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago, Banks’ Credit Card Fees or through our *Third Party payment processor.Â
Any Fees associated with either Online Payment method chosen, must be paid by the client, as these do not represent the charges or costs of Chic Frames and or any of its products or services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Multiple ‘payment failed’ error messages due to banking restrictions
- Fees for processing credit card payments, pre-established by your bankers.
Bank Deposits/Transfers
Direct Bank Deposits or Bank Transfers are transactions facilitated through your financial institution, using Chic Frames banking details which will be provided at check-out, or on your invoice.
Bank deposits can be performed by any method available to you:
- In-Branch Deposits over the counterÂ
- Online Transfers using a banks’ online web portals/apps
Bank Deposits/Bank Transfer payments should indicate your order number in the reference field or your payment.
Timeframe for Payment
Bank Deposits/ Bank Transfer payments must be received within three (3) business days, and evidence of payments made (should be) emailed, by replying your Order Confirmation email, with an image of the bank deposit receipt or a screenshot of your processed payment (where using a banks’ web service).
Where your payment is not evidenced within three (3) business days, your order will be canceled, and you will notified by email
Any fees indicated by your bank for transactions are independent of Chic Frames

We appreciate the fact you endorse the products we provide. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Chic Frames. Â We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. Â The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Chic Frames, you agree to the terms set out within this Policy
We at Chic Frames, commit to serve our customers with quality products. Every single item that you choose is thoroughly inspected, and checked for defects before processing your order.
When these checks are completed, your order is packaged with utmost care, at the same time we ensure that the packaging is safe, such that the items won’t be damaged during transit. Â Please note that Chic Frames is not liable for damages which may be caused to the items during transit or transportation, misuse or mishandling of the frames (eg. stepping on them, sleeping on them) or any other actions that would deem the frames unusable due to negligance on the customer’s part.
Refunds are granted, and reviewed on a case by case basis and must adhere to the following guidelines, which may at times extend beyond these requirements:
- Deliver the item to be returned. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unused. Items with damage or loss of any kind indicating natural wear or improper use are not accepted.
- The item must be returned within five (5) business days of purchase (Monday through Friday counts as business days)
- The original purchase receipt or a copy of your confirmation email.
- A form of personal identification and the credit card used for the original purchase (where applicable).
- Chic Frames is not responsible for return shipping cost.
All shipping has to be paid the customer, even if the items had free shipping in the first place.
The customer has to pay for return shipping, even in the instances where Chic Frames may use their courier service to collect the product (where this becomes applicable, but may not be relied upon as the norm).

There are no refunds on the basis of an erroneous order, or incorrect details entered such as: delivery address incorrect, delivery type, items ordered etc. and or any other details which may result in an open case about your purchase.
